Lawrence Land Company is a real estate development and sales company in Craven County North Carolina. Established in 1994, Lawrence Land Company and its president Donald G. Lawrence have developed over 1000 lots and homes in the eastern half of Craven county, home to MCAS Cherry Point.
Lawrence Land Company is currently developing Brices Crossing and Longleaf Pines subdivisions on the eastern side of New Bern, approximately 15 minutes from Cherry Point MCAS. Located just off HWY 70 Brices Crossing and Longleaf Pines consists of over 100 homes at present and when completed will have between 400 - 450 homes. These subdivisions are located between two golfing communities, Taberna and Carolina Colors with a new elementary school withing walking distance of both subdivisions. A new shopping center is planned within one mile anchored by a proposed Harris Teeter supermarket. Horse stables are located nearby and golf, pool and tennis memberships are available at the adjoining golfing communities at reasonable prices.
Homes currently being built at Brices Crossing and Longleaf Pines range from the $160’s - $190’s with square footage ranging from 1400 - 2000 sq/ft. Most homes are 3 bedrooms with a finished bonus room over the garage (FROG).
